I got the anonymous gravatar worked. I posted it here because when I tried to google "drupal gravatar anonymous" I got very little information about this problem.
Actually, gravatar supports anonymous user already but you have to "configure" it. It's a simple configuration, just go to Admin -> User Management -> Permission and tick the use gravatar checkbox under gravata module section. That's all.
I don't know why the author of gravatar module didn't provide this very short instruction :-<
I don't really like to write this blog, but I'm too angry with the panels module.
I knew panels for a while and really like the feature this module brings to Drupal. It allow you to create nested design without touching the code. But it drove me mad today.

Mới biết thêm 2 cách để khỏi phải dùng đến kỹ thuật hack css. Bình thường thì mình sẽ dùng css reset, nhưng 2 cách này cũng hay hay. Và dĩ nhiên phải đi đường tà đạo và nhờ sự giúp đở của bên thứ 3 rồi.
Cách 1 là dùng javascript. Cũng có một thời gian phải dùng javascript để áp hiệu ứng css như là canh giữa theo chiều dọc, nhưng chưa bao giờ dùng javascript để anti-css-hacking.
