I just had an interview at Dirox company. There are something expected and unexpected, and there are something I should learn for an interview.
I expected to be interviewed in English. That won't be a problem to me. But in fact, I was interviewed by Clément, He's French, and although He spoke English, but I always felt like he was speaking French to me (haha). That was not good for me, because I didn't get 100% what he talked.
I applied to PM position, it's a high position for me and I knew that I didn't have experience in management area so I had made a good preparation at home so I could answer the interview questions. But in fact, he asked me a lot about technology. Yeah, I didn't prepare for it so I tried to answer his questions in difficult. I didn't touch database optimization or scalability for a long time, man. Recently, I just worked with Seam :O . I realized that this interview was for a team leader, not for a project manager. So I thought that by the end he would asked me about team leader position. Well, that was expected. I knew that with my profile I could get a team leader job ( a lot x 100 ) easier that PM.
By the end, he did ask me about the position a I applied into. He asked me "what do you like to do in project manager" (I hoped I didn't get it wrong  ). You know what, I couldn't answer :( . That's sucked for me, man! I prepared the questions to fill the blank of my experience, but I could not answer a very simple question like this. I tried to answer with something like "tracking, monitoring, ..." but I was sure that wouldn't fill his satisfaction. And after that I got confused, so I could not pull out what I had prepared at home.
At the end, he explained to me about my inexperience problem and (maybe) offered me a team leader position. I will get the result within next week, but seems like I have to think, and make decisions. But I knew, I could do better.
Btw, I think Clément was a nice guy, try to "facebook" Clément and you will find him :-D . Project Manager of Dirox.
I attached my preparation mindmap picture for anyone who want a reference :)

I passed an interview at this company before, for a mobile app developer, but I decided not to work, I prefer Drupal. Now I know that's a good decision :-D
